Hau'oli Makahiki Hou

After a warm Mele Kalikimaka to all our Best Hawaii Vacation blog visitors on December 20 and the good news of the reopening of Mauna Kea Beach Hotel on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island a few days later, it's time for spreading 'Aloha' for the New Year 2009.

Make your 2009 Hawaii vacation dream come true! When you are in love with Hawaii and the islands, you pick up as many Hawaiian phrases as you can. As 'Mahalo' and 'Aloha' already come easily over your lips, let's practice a new, a little bit more complicated phrase: Hau'oli Makahiki Hou or Happy New Year. If you belong to the lucky ones who currently enjoy their Hawaii vacation on a warm white sand beach sipping a Mai Tai, why don't you share this total happiness with friends and people you meet in Hawaii by wishing them 'Hau'oli Makahiki Hou'!

Here are our Hau'oli Makahiki Hou wishes:

May Hawaii become your dream vacation for 2009, with the scents of tropical flowers caressing you and beautiful hula dancers telling their ancient Hawaiian stories for memories of a lifetime!

Warm aloha from Pua and Keoki Hawaii Vacations and Affordable Hawaii

Hello Pua and Keoki!Happy New Year to you! After reading your blog about the wonderful place in Hawaii, I really am excited to be there! A dream vacation indeed with tropical flowers and the photo included herein is very much inviting!

And as an added treat, I know for a fact that people can rent or buy vacation properties in Hawaii for a fraction of the cost through www.tralasvegas.com, I know a lot of friends may raise a lot of doubts, but a great vacation at the cheapest possible way is much irresistable!

Angeluz, mahalo for visiting our Hawaii vacation blog.

Yes, you are right. For some of those Hawaii return visitors, it might be a good idea to think about buying a condo or even a house for staying longer in Hawaii or even moving there for good. Hawaii real estate has become a buyer's market!

We will have one of those longtime Hawaii realtors speak about the 2009 Hawaii Real Estate market in our next post. Interested? Sign up for our email updates or feed!

Aloha Stan,
Mahalo for visiting our Best Hawaii Vacation blog and sharing with our visitors which site you use for your travel needs. It is at times overwhelming for people how many different travel and vacation sites are out there to plan their trip to Hawaii.

My belief is that the biggest decision before booking a Hawaii vacation is to make yourself as knowledgeable about the different islands and on the island of your choice about the different areas.

Weather, climate and things to do on the islands can vary so much between the islands and on a certain island. This is what we are here for: Make sure you find the Hawaiian island and location which meets your expectations and your budget.
