I have spent unforgettable, wonderful moments at this ocean front condo in Molokai. You can see the most exquisite, breathless sunsets from October through December, right from the lanai. Aahhh... Molokai is truly the most Hawaiian Island and is what Kauai used to be 50 or so years ago: tranquil, undisturbed of its natural beauty; a world so pure and different from our hectic and fast paced world that one is in awe, admiration and totally fascinated.

There are many Hawaii condos for sale at the moment. When a motivated condo buyer does a 'Hawaii condo for sale' search to find some special condo bargains on the islands, he or she would soon find out that prices came down somewhat but not enough for an incentive to immediately buy the condo.
This Molokai condo seems to be offered at the right price for premier ocean front location and Molokai Shores resort amenities. And yes, the still laid back life on Molokai adds another nice feature to buying this Hawaii condo for peaceful island living.

I've also stayed at this condo, and the view from there is just awesome. A short walk up north, and there's a resort with a restaurant on the beach that makes great Musubi! Huge pieces, taste great and are cheap.
Great to hear that there are restaurants near this Molokai condos. When on Hawaii vacation one does not always want to stand in the condo kitchen - even though it's really nice to have one, it saves so much money - and cook.
Looks like I have to admit though that I never ate Musubi in all my years of island living.

Tennis courts in my 'front yard'
and don't forget, Molokai is one of the Hawaiian islands, which is not overcrowded and touristy, yet.
Who wouldn't like to be the owner of an apartment in Hawaii? Hawaii is a perfect destination for a vacation, if you ask me. You can have fun, relax, meet new people or just admire the sunset there..
Hawaii is great! I rented a condo last summer when I had my vacation in Maui and it was fabulous!
If you ask me, the most amazing vacation is that you don't plan far in advanced. That one when you go just for fun, after a moment when thinking how good it would be in..Hawaii. And you may also be surprised to spend less money than you would of have if you planned it 3 months ago.
It's so true. Sometimes the last minute vacation decision - not planned for months ahead - turns into the best vacation ever. Hawaii vacation is not any different.
If I had the money I would buy it anytime. It's my dream to have a home in Hawaii. Aloha!
I love that Molokai condo too, just as lots of vacation rental guests did so in the past on their Molokai vacation. My favorite features are: laid back Molokai, peaceful beach location + tennis courts for my passion!

I noticed Hawaii condo prices have really come down during the last year, especially compared to Hawaii houses. Like this Molokai condo is a great deal with ocean front resort location and tons of amenities.
Hawaii Real Estate Market 2010 is reporting raising interest in buying condos in Hawaii again.

What I like with this Hawaii condo in Molokai versus other condos on Maui or Oahu is NOT only the great price - not a short sale either - but Molokai and the Molokai resort where the condo is located are still 'laid back Hawaii'.
