Our Favorite Hawaiian T-Shirts

Dear Best Hawaii Vacation blog visitors,
Welcome back to more recommendations from us about how you can have your Best Hawaii Vacation like Donald Trump but cheap. Today, we would like to share with you our Favorite Hawaiian T-shirts and where you can buy those. We wrote a few blog articles about shopping in Hawaii like Best Shopping on the Big Island and Shopping in Hawaii and mentioned Hawaiian T-shirts in those.

As you know from own experience, a Hawaii vacation is about beaches, maybe Maui Beaches, and shopping. Hawaii tempts its visitors with an overwhelming number of shops and stores at the hotels and shopping centers. Before leaving Hawaii for the Mainland, you'd better look for a nice Hawaiian gift, something from the islands, affordable and practicable and fun. This is how we've found our favorite Hawaiian T-shirts. When I prepared this post about Hawaiian T-shirts, I was totally surprised that our favorite T-shirts did not even come up in the top of Google search.

OK, guys, before I continue, just one thing you should know. We are not associated with the company and also don't get paid for this post. It's just that we love 'Crazy Shirts', which is the name of our favorite Hawaiian T-shirts. They are different and unique and just not like any other Hawaiian T-shirt.

So many different T-shirts to choose from at Crazy ShirtsWe buy them for ourselves and for aloha gifts from the islands. We've learned in the past that buying aloha shirts for Mainland people is not everybody's cup of tea. Mostly, people feel Aloha shirts are for the islands. It's different with Hawaiian T-shirts. People love to wear them on the Mainland as well.

OK what is so unique about Crazy Shirts from Hawaii? Not only that there are countless Hawaii related designs: surfing, waves, whales, Hawaiian flowers, geckos, leis and more. What makes Hawaii crazy shirts so special to us, are the different dyes being used. Would you believe that you can buy Hawaii T-shirts dyed with money, volcanic ask, Kona coffeee, wine, hemp, chocolate and more. I loved my cocolate dyed T-shirts. The sweet, pleasant smell stayed with my T-shirt for a long time, despite many washes.

Different Styles, Designs and Dyes Hawaiian T-shirts
Where can you buy Crazy shirt in Hawaii? Oahu alone has 9 Crazy Shirt shop locations, Maui 6, Kauai 4 and the Big Island 3. We buy our favorite Hawaiian T-shirts at the Crazy Shirt store at the King's Shop at Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island. You will get a little card for keeping track of the number of your purchases. When you a return visitors to Hawaii, I tell you it goes fast to make it to 12 shirts and get one free.

Also always check the online store for specials. This is how I buy the latest Hawaii Ironman Triathlon T-shirts. Check shortly or a few weeks after the Big Island Ironman for a great price on an Ironman T-shirt.

Do you have any favorite Hawaiian T-shirts? Which ones are those and where in Hawaii did you buy them? Mahalo and aloha, Pua Hawaii Vacations

We've picked up a few gifts at Crazy T-Shirts on Maui in the past, and you're right, people here on the mainland love 'em.

One place I discovered on our last trip to Maui is 808 Clothing Company. We found them at their booth setup at the Whale Day festival, but their main store was right across the street in Kihei. They had some nice, simple designs while still representing the uniqueness of Hawaii. I brought home 3 shirts and will probably be ordering more online this summer (once the weather gets warmer).

One thing I was impressed with when checking out different booths at Whale Day, including 808 Clothing, was that many of them were all designed and printed in Hawaii. That's something I always look for (especially these days) when I'm picking up Aloha wear and other Hawaii clothing. Nothing adds that little extra Aloha to your wardrobe than knowing that it was made by folks right there on the islands.

Mahalo Kris for your great feedback on your favorite Hawaiian T-shirts from 808 Clothing Company on Maui.

I checked their Hawaiian themed T-shirts out online and it seems they offer some nice Hawaii designs.

It would be probably better to see their Hawaii T-shirts in one of their Maui stores in reality. This is great information for our Maui visitors when looking for Hawaiian T-shirts on their Maui vacation! Mahalo.

Aloha Pua,
Shoppers on the mainland may want to check out some of the Hawaiian t-shirts offered by the Luau Shirt Company. While we are still adding t-shirts to the lineup, the designs offered are very unique.

Great to hear from the expert on Hawaii shirts and luau shirts, and not just T-shirt, even if it's your favorite one. Guys the T-shirt won't do when attending a Hawaiian luau or gor out for fine dining at one of our 5 star restaurants. We definitely recommend a quality Hawaiian style shirt for those occasions!

Wouldn't it be bad if we all had the same tastes and be walking around in all the same Hawaiian T-shirts? Great that we have so many different T-shirts to choose from in Hawaii.

Yes, we love the tees from Crazy shirts as well because you can find quality and selection there. We have lots of Crazy Shirts locations here in Southern California too. I found some really great quality tees online at Old Honolulu. They are heavy weight so they wouldn't be great for a really hot climate but for the mainland, they are perfect. They have vintage mini-band art and are fitted for men, not boys. They are a great option

You have a good point there. Of course, even the guys pay close attention what design their Hawaiian T-shirt has + how heavy the material is. I noticed they don't want too girlish like geckos or Hawaiian flowers.

Speaking for Keoki, he likes the lighter materials for his tennis T-shirts and prefers white with some nice easy Hawaiian motif on it. It can be getting hot on the concrete tennis courts in Hawaii!

The most dramatic improvement you can make in your style is to,make sure everything fits. Most guys wear clothes that are too large. Make sure everything you wear is almost hugging the curves of your body
