Best Hawaii Surf Video - yes or no?
Well, to get you all excited about Hawaii and the islands, I decided to include this Hawaii monster wave surf video which I recently received from my Twitter friend @HawaiianKiko . This Hawaii surf video was viewed over 100,000 times and shows Tow-In surfer Dan Moore talk about Oahu's legendary North Shore and how he surfed a monster 68-foot wave at Peahi (Jaws) on Maui. Authentic Waikiki Beach Boys follow in the footsteps of legendary waterman Duke Kahanamoku by teaching visitors how to surf in Waikiki.

I dont know if I could man up and surf a wave that big... I suppose i fear drowning too much.

When watching the Hawaiian dudes surfing high winter surf, I am always scared they'd never make it up again. Not to mention a 68-foot monster wave! It's definitely extremely exciting to watch but don't try this at home.
I would definitely be scared of a wave that big. Pretty gnarly. I am just a beginner and struggle getting up on three footers on the east coast!
I have a problem with the waves rolling in at Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beach for the boogie boarding crowd. Arriving at shore, the wave and surf can crush you and your board quite a bit. Not to mention those monster waves. Don't try those at home!
Sweet waves! Thanks for sharing.
I wouldn't call those monster waves 'sweet' waves but I guess it all depends how we look at waves. Hawaii surfer dudes might just call them sweet too.
