When visiting the Hawaiian Islands and asking our Best Hawaii Vacation blog visitors why they prefer Hawaii for their vacation destination and NOT Mexico or California or Phoenix the majority of visitors will tell us, the answer is the Hawaiian Beaches on clear turquoise ocean waters of the Pacific Ocean. There is a never ending discussion going on among Hawaii visitors and residents which one is the best Hawaiian beach. Hawaii Beach photos it is TODAY!
After our most recent post of Best Big Island Beaches Youtube Videos, we decided to stay with the theme and asked our Hawaiian ohana from different Hawaiian Islands for their best Hawaii Beach photos. We received a very unique selection of Hawaii beach photos. We are proud of sharing our friends' Best Hawaii Beach photos'. Best Hawaii Beach Photo Kohala Coast
When taking best Hawaii beach photos on the Kohala Coast, it's mostly Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea beach photos. Barry Rose from 'Waiaka Homestead' shows a beach photo of Puako's Wailea Bay beach, also called Beach 69 among locals, which is claiming more attention among Kohala Coast Big Island visitors for its unique beauty, privacy and easy access.

Have you ever seen a green beach? When I heard from Pua about her intention to publish a blog post with unique Hawaii beach photos, I thought that's a perfect chance to share my Green Sands Beach photo with all her blog visitors. The sand is actually green olivine, or sometimes called peridot. It's a 3 mile hike from South Point trail head.
Bring lots of water, good shoes, sun protection and a hat! no facilities.
Missie, thanks for your Green Sands Beach photo. Even though many Hawaii visitors visit this unique Big Island beach, photos of Green Sands Beach at South Point are pretty rare.
Mahalo also for your travel tips to Green Sands Beach. Here is another tip from me for visitors coming from the Kona Kohala Coast. Get an early start. The Highway to South Point from Kona is quite windy, which you won't see on your Big Island map. Speed limit is mostly 25mph, which slows one down quite a bit.
Taking your own unique photo of Green Sands Beach will be a nice reward for your efforts.
I just discovered this blog recently. I'll be staying in Hawaii for four months starting in April and I can't wait to garner travel ideas from here.

In my personal opinion it is really difficult to chose just one, but last time when i was was there was 2 years back, and i really enjoyed the Napili Bay Beach..

South Point Beach + Punaluu Beach are definitely unique Big Island beaches and so are the photos. I felt really lucky when the owner of the photos allowed me to post them with this blog post.
All beaches are beautiful. Kona Island seems fantastic. Hope I can visit someday.
The post was more about the Hawaii beach PHOTOS and which one you like best. Otherwise to select a special favorite beach in Hawaii is not an easy choice. As you say they are all beautiful.
Hawaii is such a beautiful place to vacation to. There are so many beaches that are just as pretty as these.
What can we say? Hawaii equals beaches + so beautiful like the photos show.

I personally like the beach on Molokai. The photo does not capture why it's really great. It's one of the few big beaches in Hawaii that you can have to yourself.
So many Hawaii visitors don't are not even aware of laid-back Molokai and this wonderful beach. That's why you can still have it to yourself. Good or bad, it all depends on the eye of the beholder.
